Roli Khare Rastogi is Principal at The Law Office of Roli Khare Rastogi LLC. She routinely represents clients in all aspects of business, employment and family immigration issues. Ms. Khare Rastogi successfully counsels a wide variety of companies and businesses wishing to hire and sponsor talented individuals. Internationally and nationally, she assists key employees in identifying creative and innovative cross-border solutions. Ms. Khare Rastogi's approach to her immigration clients is to provide concise, affordable and focused advice on business and family immigration matters.  Moreover, her commitment to serving the public interest never waivers- she routinely handles a wide variety of pro bono clients in asylum, VAWA and naturalization cases.

As a daughter of immigrants, Ms. Khare Rastogi appreciates that the path to immigration can be challenging, complicated and rapidly developing. She works diligently with her clients to navigate the immigration system and identify holistic strategies to meet their goals in an efficient and timely manner.

Ms. Khare Rastogi most recently gained professional training in immigration, family and public benefits law as a Staff Attorney for Legal Services of New Jersey.  She developed extensive experience in business immigration law as Legal Counsel for a start-up hedge fund.  Additionally, Ms. Khare Rastogi has worked closely with nonprofit organizations as the NJ Voting Rights Fellow for the South Asian Americans Leading Together (SAALT).  Finally, she has extensive experience representing clients in child support litigation as a Staff Attorney for NYC’s Human Resources Administration, Office of Legal Affairs.

Ms. Khare Rastogi started her legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Barry P. Sarkisian of Superior Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Khare Rastogi holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics.  She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees from The George Washington University.  Ms. Khare Rastogi was the Practice Management Co-Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)- NY Chapter and a member of the Association for India's Development (AID-NYC). She is a board member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York (SABANY), facilitating the Pro Bono Clearinghouse, an attorney referral service for the South Asian community- and faith-based organizations.  Ms. Khare Rastogi volunteers extensively with Manavi’s Family and Immigration Law Clinic and has served as a pro bono immigration attorney for the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC).
